- Salesforce Development: Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems, ensuring consistent data flow and enhanced system connectivity.
- Data Management: Oversee data migration, transformation, and manipulation tasks, utilizing cloud-based solutions for optimal scalability.
- Automation: Implement and manage workflow rules, process builder flows, and other automation tools to streamline business operations efficiently.
- Technical Support: Provide direct client support, resolving issues, deploying fixes, and maintaining system functionality.
- Quality Assurance: Utilize advanced testing and debugging techniques to uphold the integrity and performance of Salesforce deployments.
- Documentation: Generate detailed technical documentation for custom developments and system interfaces.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, technical writers, and project managers to drive project success through effective teamwork.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on the Salesforce platform or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Developer Certification or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and API integration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data schema and best practices.
